This story is amazing! I’ve been to over 700 airports around the world, and Angaur Terminal in the Pacific island nation of Palau is by far the SMALLEST!!!
My local friend Sachi and I took a propeller plane down to Pelileu, but we decided to take a pit stop in Angaur only to see this terminal. It has so much charm and character! There are no walls, no bathrooms, and no electricity. There’s no TSA pre-check or security lines. Just a tiny bench to sit on while you wait for your plane to arrive. For aviation geeks like me, this was really special to experience and just another reason to love Palau!
REAL LIFE UPDATE: I am touching down in Saudi Arabia in 4 days — MY 197th AND FINAL COUNTRY!! Stay tuned for a huge video drop when I arrive which explains my biggest realization from visiting every country in the world, and what’s next for Drew Binsky. In case you’re wondering, I already spent 11 days in Jamaica (that content will be shared soon), but I just want to give you a current life update because this is the most exciting week of my life! 10 years of nonstop travel and FINALLY, I am about to be one of ~300 people in history to visit every country in the world!
