I’ve taken taxi rides in over 170 countries, and I have never EVER experienced more friendly drivers than here in Syria! Seriously guys – I can’t make this stuff up!

Riding in a taxi in Syria is like being invited into someone’s home for an amazing experience. They offer you tea, candy and anything else they have in the car. And most importantly, they smile at you and make you feel safe and comfortable!

Also in this video, I didn’t mention how CHEAP they are. A 30 minute ride across the city is around $2USD. Not a bad deal if you ask me!
