Constant travel is a lot more unhealthy than you think. I am the most overweight, unhealthy and lazy I’ve ever been in my entire life. You might not realize this happening ‘behind the scenes’ — but life as a nonstop traveler surely has its downfalls.
This unhealthy travel lifestyle has come as a result of constant jet lag, changing time zones, climates, cuisines, frequent cases of food poisoning (like right now), a lack of working out, and most of my meals being either airplane food, hotel buffets or street food.
I’ve tried to start working out countless times, but it’s almost impossible because I don’t have a consistent routine when I travel. And it leads to a very unhealthy life.
Do you have any tips for me to stay healthy on the road? I would really appreciate it!
