Ice Cream of the Future? (Thai Ice Cream Rolls)

Any ice cream lovers out there? Please allow me to introduce you to one of Thailand’s greatest inventions… THAI ICE CREAM ROLLS!

They are exactly what they sound like — little rolls of flavored ice cream, about the diameter of a quarter, packed into a cup and topped with all sorts of delicious toppings like hot fudge, coconut shavings, toasted marshmallow, fresh fruit and/or gummy bears.

Thai Ice Cream Rolls are way better than they sound in words. Trust me.

I’ve been wanting to make a video about ice cream rolls since I moved to Thailand in June — so here it is and I hope you enjoy 🙂
