How He Lost 1/3rd of His Skull (Inspiring Story)

In today’s video, I want to introduce you to my friend Esteban who comes from Ecuador. As soon as he found out that I was coming to visit his country, he reached out on Instagram and offered to show me around, alongside his brother Gustavo.

I didn’t know much about Esteban before we met, but after spending 12 days getting to know him across Ecuador, I learned that he is one of the strongest and most optimistic souls that I’ve ever met.

Several years ago, his friend threw him out of a moving car and he lost 1/3rd of his skull. Doctors weren’t sure if he would make it. He had to completely relearn how to speak Spanish and English from scratch.

But through perseverance and positive thinking, Esteban has gotten back on his feet and is now living a normal life. Here is his full story.
