We are on a weekend getaway 2.5 hours north of Bangkok to a lovely National Park called Khao Yai… This pristine nature and fresh air feels like a different world from polluted Bangkok, and it’s been a great trip so far.

Earlier today, I was introduced to a man named Book (AKA Ribs mannn) who is literally the KING of smoked meat. Everybody knows him, not only here in his hometown, but all over Thailand.

People flock from around the country to wait in long queues to try his famous smoked pork, beef and chicken at his state-of-the-art restaurant that you need to see with your own eyes to believe.
