I first met Erwan Heussaff about 2 years ago in Manila, and I felt immediately inspired by his story. As we both travel and make videos for a living, I find it really difficult to eat healthy and stay in shape — but Erwan is living proof that it’s possible. I caught up with him today and had the opportunity to share behind the scenes of how this guy lost 100 pounds to lead a healthy, travel lifestyle.
