RAMADAN MUBARAK to all of my Muslim brothers and sisters out there!

As a Jewish traveler, you might find it shocking to hear that I have a deep love and appreciation for the Islamic world. After all, the world about 26% of the world is Muslim, so if you are going to every country, then you will spend your fair share being immersed in the religion.

In today’s video, I want to bring back 3 special stories about Islam that I’ve discovered on my travels. The first one is about how my friend Sal, who I recently met in Senegal, reverted to Islam — the second one is about spending Ramadan in the Maldives — and the third is about how converting to Islam saved a young French girl named Justine.
